CHILDCARE SERVICE
A dedicated childcare room will be available during the 36th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japan Epidemiological Association (JEA) and the 3rd Joint Scientific Meeting with the IEA Western Pacific Region.

Friday, January 29, 2026: 08:00 – 18:30
Saturday, January 30, 2026: 07:00 – 16:30
Approx. 10 children per day (first-come, first-served).Please note that applications may be declined if the capacity is exceeded.
Age Range
Children from 3 months old up to 6th grade of elementary school are eligible.
Location
Inside the conference venue.

The childcare provider is insured for unforeseen incidents and will provide coverage within the scope of that insurance. The JEA/IEA-WPR 2026 Organizing Committee and Secretariat will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur during childcare.
