Poster Display & Flyer Distribution for Related Societies

During the conference, space will be provided in a designated area of the venue for the display of posters and the distribution of flyers from related academic societies. Advance application is required. Please read the notes below carefully before applying.

Please be sure to submit an advance application using the application form below.
Posters and flyers that conflict with the aims of this conference, or that are for commercial/promotional purposes, may not be accepted.
As space is limited, we may not be able to accommodate all requests. Thank you for your understanding.
Any remaining materials will be discarded by the Secretariat after the conference and will not be returned.
